Order, Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

1.Orders
(1) Wholesale Requirements
- You must provide qualifying documents (valid State Resale Tax Permit or IRS letterhead w tax ID) and signed copy of resale certificate to open an account with us.
- All prices, case packs, inner packs, minimum and packing are subject to change without notice.
- If the price is incorrect due to typo, error, or misprint, Lucky Star Party & Craft reserves the right to decline any order.
(2) Minimum Orders
- New Accounts: Minimum first order of $150.00. A $15.00 service fee will be charged to order less than $150.00.
- Existing Account: Minimum order of $50.00 for walk-ins and $100.00 minimum for shipping. A $10.00 service fee will be charged for any re-order in amounts less than the minimum.
(3) Payment terms
- We accept money orders, Visa, Master Card, and Discover credit cards.
- All late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge, calculated from the invoice due date.
- Unpaid invoices will be submitted to a collection agency after 90 days. The amount due will include all legal and agency fees.
- Returned Checks: All returned checks will be subject to a $20.00 fee, which will be added to the pertaining invoice total.
(4) Cancellation
All order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the acknowledgment date. Processed orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee of the invoice total. (Clarification: “processed” means invoiced or packed but not yet shipped.)
(5) International Orders
All international orders must be fully pre-paid.
(6) Shipping
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Brooklyn, New York.
2. Warranty Policy
Unless otherwise stated, Lucky Star Party & Craft Depot Inc. provides a limited 1-month warranty on all products purchased directly from us.
Repaired or replaced products will continue under the original warranty period — the warranty does not reset.
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Lucky Star Party & Craft Depot Inc.’s sole warranty obligation is, at its sole discretion, to repair, replace, or refund (in whole or in part) any product deemed defective within the applicable warranty period.
Lucky Star Party & Craft Depot Inc. makes no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The purchaser assumes all risk and liability in the use, resale, or further distribution of Lucky Star Party & Craft Depot Inc. products. Under no circumstances shall Lucky Star Party & Craft Depot Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, costs, or losses resulting from the purchase, use, or resale of any product.

Warranty Returns
As a precondition to the return of any goods, the purchaser must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Lucky Star Party & Craft Depot Inc. All returns must be shipped fully insured, with all freight charges prepaid by the purchaser. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the return shipping label of each box, not elsewhere on the box.
Returns that do not comply with these requirements will not be accepted. Additionally, any goods returned in abused or altered condition will be rejected.
3. Returns for Credit or Refund
- All requests for returns for credit or refund must:
- Claims for shortages, damaged, or defective merchandise must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of order.
- Be approved in advance by Lucky Star Party & Craft Depot Inc.
- Returned merchandise must be unopened, unused, in original packaging.
- Approved returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Under no circumstances will merchandise be accepted as returns more than 30 days after the invoice date.
The following items are not eligible for credit or refund:
- Special order items
- Custom-made products
- Returned products must be in unused condition and include:
Original packaging
All accessories and components
Products that do not meet the above conditions may be denied a refund.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product as confirmed by Lucky Star Party & Craft Depot Inc.
5. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@luckystarparty.com or call us at (718)628-1818 or (718)628-1919 with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns without an RMA may be refused.
6. Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account after approval.
7. Claims for Freight Damage or Discrepancies
If a shipment appears damaged or contains discrepancies, the purchaser must:
- Clearly note the issue on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery
- Request the carrier acknowledge the damage
- Refuse only the damaged cartons (not the entire shipment)
- Contact Lucky Star Party & Craft Depot Inc. within 48 hours of delivery
Lucky Star Party & Craft Depot Inc. will file a damage claim with the carrier and reship replacement goods for verified damage. However, if the shipping method was arranged by the purchaser, then any claim for damage or loss in transit must be filed directly by the purchaser with the carrier, as Lucky Star Party & Craft Depot Inc. is not liable for third-party arranged transportation.
8. Refused Orders
If an order is refused upon delivery, the purchaser will be responsible for a 20% return processing fee in addition to all freight charges incurred. No future orders will be shipped until these charges are fully paid.
9. Invoice Terms
This invoice consists of all entries, terms, and conditions set forth on both sides of the document. It is binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of both the purchaser and Lucky Star Party & Craft Depot Inc., including their respective successors. The purchaser may not assign any rights under this invoice.
10. Choice of Law, Forum Selection & Venue
This transaction has been entered into in the State of New York, and all matters concerning the interpretation, performance, and enforcement of this invoice shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
In the event of any litigation between the purchaser and Lucky Star Party & Craft Depot Inc. in connection with this invoice or any goods specified herein, jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the state and federal courts located in the State of New York, and venue shall be exclusively in Long Island, NY.
11. No Representations
The purchaser acknowledges that neither Lucky Star Party & Craft Depot Inc., nor any representative acting on its behalf, has made any representation or statement of fact or opinion to induce the purchase of any goods specified in this invoice.
12. Entire Agreement
This website transaction and the associated order confirmation constitute the entire agreement between the purchaser and Lucky Star Party & Craft Depot Inc. It supersedes all prior and contemporaneous communications, negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written, with respect to the goods purchased and the terms and conditions stated herein. This agreement may only be modified by a written document signed by duly authorized representatives of both parties.
